About Us
The Australian National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) aims to provide all Australians between the ages of 7 and 65 who have a permanent and significant disability with the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live a normal life.
Who Are
ELM Care?
Based in Western Sydney and offering our services to the Sydney metro area, ELM Care is a NDIS provider with an experienced and qualified team committed to helping clients with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial disabilities, access support.
With more than 8 years of industry experience in the Mental Health and Disability care sectors, the ELM Care team take great pride in a reputation for quality service and being able to apply the right services to individuals.
Our team brings a variety of areas of experience unrivalled by other NDIS providers. We are multicultural and multi-lingual – we have native speakers of Tamil, Arabic, Hindi and Vietnamese as well as English.
We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and inclusive in every way – where persons with mental health concerns and disabilities can receive the support they need. Each ELM Care client is treated as an individual and will find the care provided to be exactly what is right by them.

Services we provide
ELM Care provides services to NDIS participants that are Self-managed and Plan managed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
