Who are ELM Care?
Based in Western Sydney and supporting most of the Sydney metro area, ELM Care is a registered NDIS provider with an experienced, qualified team. We help people with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial disability get the support they need. We have been operating for 5 years.
Our team brings more than 15 years of team experience in mental health and disability care, and we are proud of our reputation for quality support that is matched to each person.
Our team brings a range of practical skills, including yoga. Our experienced drivers know the roads around Sydney and can take you where you need to go, and we offer practical support for people who find budgeting and banking difficult.
