Our services
We support NDIS participants who are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every support is tailored to your plan and your goals.
Community Participation
Community participation support helps you get out, meet people and take part in the things that matter to you. We work with you to set goals, such as making friends, trying a new hobby, building confidence or reconnecting with your community, and then support you step by step to achieve them.
What this can look like:
- Companionship and friendly, reliable support
- Outings and activities that suit your interests
- Social and family gatherings
- Connecting you with groups and events such as dancing, bingo and Special Olympics
- Building confidence and social skills
- Reconnecting with your community after a period of illness or change

Assistance with Daily Living
Assistance with Daily Living supports you with everyday tasks at home while helping you build the skills and confidence to do more for yourself and live independently in your own home. We follow your lead and respect your routines, preferences and privacy.
What this can look like:
- Light housework and keeping your home tidy
- Planning and preparing meals, and building cooking skills
- Grocery shopping
- Home maintenance and light gardening
- Support with budgeting and banking

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is help with daily tasks and support at home for participants who need it, in a shared home. Our aim is to build your skills and capacity so that you can eventually live more independently, if that is your goal.
A consistent, friendly team supports you day to day, and we work with you, your family and your other providers to plan your supports. SIL funding must be approved in your NDIS plan. If you are not sure whether you are eligible, contact us and we can talk it through.
- Support with daily living tasks around the home
- Skill building such as cooking, cleaning and managing money
- Help to stay connected with family, friends and your community
- Planning towards your longer-term goals, including more independent living

Respite
Respite, also called short-term accommodation, gives you a change of scenery and gives your family or carers a well-earned break. Stays are planned with you and your family, and we focus on making your time with us comfortable and enjoyable.
- Short stays in a safe and welcoming home
- Support with your daily routines while you stay
- Activities and outings if you would like them
- A chance to try a new environment and build independence
Respite funding depends on your NDIS plan. Contact us to talk about what is available to you.
