Feedback and complaints

We want to hear from you. Your feedback, compliments and complaints help us improve. You have the right to raise a concern at any time, and it will not affect the supports you receive.

How to tell us

You can ask a family member, friend, support person or independent disability advocate to speak or write on your behalf. We can also help you in your language or in another format.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your feedback or complaint promptly, keep you informed, work with you to fix the problem and let you know the outcome. We record all feedback so we can learn and improve.

If you are not satisfied

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or at ndiscommission.gov.au. For privacy concerns, see our Privacy Policy.
